Three kilometres away from our hotel the idyllic
village Palia Epidavros is situated.
This is reached by a half-hour walk through orange groves or along
the sea.
Here you can enjoy in the picturesque, small harbour your Greek
coffee. Also it is possible to stroll in the small shops on the
esplanade and to acquire there things for the everyday need or
souvenirs.
For cultural enthusiasts: Beside the big antique theatre (16
kilometres away) you can admire on the way to the village also a
small antique amphitheatre.
Every week-end in July within the scope of musical July (Mousikos
Ioulios) concerts of name-like artists are performed there.
