Type A – 16 studios for 1 – 4 people (approx. 35 m ²): Every studio has available 1 double bed or 2 single beds, a sofa respectively an extra bed (an additional extra bed can be provided if requested), a kitchenette with fridge (on inquiry culinary equipment available), TV, wireless Internet connection, air-conditioning, heating, safe, Shower / WC with hairdrier and a big furnished balcony. Type B – 3 flats for 2 – 6 people (approx. 60 m ²): The spacious flats dispose of a bedroom with double bed, a living-/ bedroom with 2 single beds (2 additional extra beds can be provided if requested), a kitchenette with fridge (on inquiry culinary equipment available), TV, wireless Internet connection, air-conditioning, heating, safe, shower / WC with hairdrier and of a big furnished balcony.
Cleaning 1 time daily, towel and bedclothes change all three days.
